Todd DeSatnick, Broker of Record, began investing in Cape May real estate in 1996 and achieved his New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's License in 1998. After graduating from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a degree in Marketing, he worked in his family's Cape May based decorating business for 10 years before deciding to pursue a full-time career in real estate in June 2003. Prior to forming his own company, he specialized in residential sales in Cape May County and obtained his New Jersey Real Estate Broker's License in August 2006.

My wife and I began working with Ryan Griffin in April 2019, to sell and buy a home. He was far and above the most talented and dedicated realtor I’d ever met. He knew construction, so he could point out defects and opportunities. He knew the community and the neighborhoods. He was always immediately available. For example, we’d put in a call to see 3 houses, he had them lined up for inspection the next day.
