Christopher Ohrenich, Salesperson, a resident of Cape Island since 1985, and a real estate investor since 1988, resides with his family, including the love of his life Lisa, in the Taylor Farms subdivision. After graduating from Cook College at Rutgers University, with a degree in Environmental Land Use Planning & Design, Chris discovered the allure of the marine industry, and the sales profession. Together with 30 years of sales and marketing experience, he is also on the board of Cape May County 4-H Foundation, is a member of the NJ Sea Grant Consortium Stakeholder Advisory Board, and in past years has served on the Board of Directors of the Marine Trades Association/NJ and the Institute of Marine & Coastal Sciences at Rutgers. In years past, you may remember seeing Chris on his long runs through the Cape May area. After leaving competitive running behind, he now focuses his leisure time gardening, boating, fishing and enjoying the waterfront, with his family. Chris' sales and local market expertise allows him to assist his clients with a distinctive flare while his competitive nature can be appreciated by anyone working with him in the ventures of real estate.
