DESATNICK REAL ESTATE is a boutique residential and commercial real estate brokerage that was established by Todd H. deSatnick. Concentrating on unmatched professionalism and customer service, the Team uses progressive technology to offer a full range of real estate services including acquisitions, sales, vacation rentals and rental management. The Team’s established business and social network within the local and surrounding geographical areas provides many benefits to its clients from the simple peace-of-mind of hiring reputable contractors to maintaining a large database of potential buyers and sellers.
In 2020, the Team opened a new branch office at 901 New Jersey Avenue, North Wildwood to bring their culture and philosophy to The Wildwoods and provide a platform for their Wildwoods clientele. In the fall of 2021 deSatnick Real Estate acquired Apex Realty in Lower Township and opened a third office in Apex's previous location.
