Ashley Peoples, Broker Salesperson, Chief Operating Officer,

Ashley oversees and supports the brokerage's office operations in Cape May, North Wildwood and Lower Township. Her primary focus revolves around nurturing agent-client relationships, devising innovative marketing strategies, and implementing financial planning.

Ashley's journey with the company began in November 2009, and her contributions have played a pivotal role in the brokerage's remarkable growth trajectory.  Ashley's unwavering commitment to professional development has been instrumental in her rise through the ranks. Armed with a bachelor's degree in journalism from Rutgers University, she obtained her New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's License in 2009 and later secured her Broker Salesperson's license in 2017.  

Ashley was the driving force behind the formulation of business policies, the creation of inventive, successful marketing campaigns, and the establishment of a robust vacation rental property portfolio. Ashley's primary focus has always been delivering impeccable service to the company’s clients. As second-in-command, Ashley will continue to work alongside Todd and deSatnick’s 90 plus agents across all offices, to navigate the ever-evolving business landscape charting a course for the company's continued growth and enrichment.

In addition to her professional career, Ashley is a devoted wife and a loving mother of three children. Together with her husband, she actively participates in their children’s school activities and extracurricular pursuits attending a wide array of school and sporting events to wholeheartedly support and encourage them. Notably, as a longtime resident of Cape May County, Ashley extends her unwavering commitment to her community where she generously dedicates her time and resources to several local non-profit organizations. Ashley’s affiliations with organizations like Next Gen 30, the deSatnick Foundation, Life Rolls On, Lunch with Lynch, the Wildwood Catholic PTA, and the Dean Randazzo Cancer Foundation exemplify her dedication to making a positive impact to those confronting challenges within the community.
