Ashley was deSatnick's first salaried employee, joining the team in 2009 as our office coordinator and as a licensed real estate agent. She was also the team's first in-house advertisement designer. In 2012, she proved essential to the success of the company's merger with Tolz Realtors of Cape May, expanding our rental inventory from eight to over 350 rental listings. She achieved her Broker Salesperson's license in 2017 and, in 2019, became the Broker Manager for the new North Wildwood branch.

Ashley has acted in every capacity at deSatnick Real Estate. She has supervised everything and everyone from our front desk, accounting, and rental inventory to our salespeople and administrative staff. Ten of her over 20 years' experience in the customer service industry have been as a full-time licensed salesperson. She combines that experience with natural talent when assisting buyers and sellers, all while helping our team's over fifty agents with their own transactions.

Outside of the office, Ashley is dedicated to her husband and three young children, along with her family's nonprofit Next Gen 30, INC. Formed in honor of her late sister, Genevieve Farnan, the nonprofit performs acts of kindness in the local community. Ashley can often be found coordinating the organization's fundraisers and philanthropy. She is also vested in supporting her colleagues' causes, such as the deSatnick Foundation, The Lunch with Lynch Foundation and Life Rolls On. In business and in life, she believes in the power of positive impressions.
