Kathleen is a true, native local to the Cape May area. She knows every road and neighbor alike because she was born and raised in this wonderful gem of a town. Growing up surrounded by thousands of visitors each year instilled in her, from a very young age, the importance of hospitality, service, and building meaningful connections.

Like many locals, Kathleen worked throughout school and college, developing a strong work ethic that became second nature. Her fierce drive and competitive spirit translate into unmatched customer service and thoughtful guidance for every client she serves. Her interest in real estate began more than 25 years ago when she and her husband purchased their first investment property in the town they love so much. As their portfolio grew, so did her passion for real estate and her desire to share her knowledge with others.

Today, Kathleen is a New Jersey-licensed real estate Broker Associate with DeSatnick Real Estate, bringing over a decade of professional experience combined with a lifetime of local insight. Known for her integrity, discretion, and deep market knowledge, she offers clients an authentic Cape May perspective rooted in experience, trust, and results. She holds ABR, SRS, and e-PRO certifications and has served as abDirector,  First Vice President,  and currently serves as President-Elect of the Cape May County Board of Realtors and MLS Board.

Committed to giving back to the community that has given her so much, Kathleen volunteers with the NASW Aviation Museum reflecting her family’s love of aviation and serves on the West Cape May Board of Education. 

When not sharing her passion for the Cape May area, Kathleen can often be found around town with her husband, Mike, and their adventurous children. From boating and paddling Cape May’s waterways to biking at sunset and soaking up beach days, she truly embraces the coastal lifestyle an appreciation that carries through to every client she serves.
