Born and raised in beautiful Cape May County, Melissa Jastremski brings a deep-rooted love for the area and an intimate knowledge of its communities, events, and coastal charm. A graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School and Towson University, Melissa holds a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Spanish.
For over 15 years, Melissa has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist, helping both adults and children with communication and swallowing disorders. Her specialty is supporting adults with cognitive-communication challenges to maintain independence—an experience that has shaped her compassionate, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to real estate.
Melissa is also the co-owner of Stalker Fishing Charters, a family-run business with her husband, Captain Skip Jastremski. This role has given her firsthand experience in business operations and a deeper appreciation for Cape May County’s vibrant tourism industry.
As a licensed Realtor®, Melissa holds both the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designations, allowing her to better serve older adults looking to transition in life, as well as provide enhanced advocacy and expertise for homebuyers.
