Deborah Colubiale is a seasoned Real Estate Agent who began her career in 2001. Since that time, she has earned numerous designations and certifications, including her Broker’s License in 2007. With over two decades of experience, Deborah offers her clients a wealth of knowledge and dedicated service, ensuring complete satisfaction whether buying or selling a home.

A consistent high achiever, Deborah has been a Circle of Excellence Award recipient since 2003 and has earned the prestigious Lifetime Distinguished Membership Award. 

Originally from North Cape May, where she lived for more than 38 years with her husband, retired school teacher James Colubiale, Deborah now resides in Wildwood Crest. She is the proud mother of two sons, Vincent and Anthony, and a delighted grandmother to Michael, Ryan, and Isla.

Outside of real estate, Deborah enjoys photography, “kindness” rock painting, and jewelry making. Passionate about every aspect of the real estate business, Deborah’s knowledge, integrity, and commitment ensure her clients are always in good hands — whether buying or selling their home.
