Katlyn “Kate” McBride is a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore, having grown up in Monmouth County prior to moving to Ocean County in 2005, where she currently resides. She has very strong knowledge of both areas, given her deep rooted connections to each. 

After graduating high school, Kate began her first career as a professional horse trainer, while working on her college degree at night, eventually graduating summa cum laude from Stockton University in 2011 with a BA in Spanish. After nearly a decade working in the horse industry, Kate decided to begin her career in education, and she has been a Spanish teacher at Toms River High School South ever since. 

In her free time, Kate enjoys competing in stand up paddle board (SUP) racing, and she is incredibly grateful that her connection to the deSatnick Foundation through SUP has led her to her career as a real estate salesperson. In addition to SUP, Kate enjoys boating, waterskiing, downhill skiing, and spending time with her family and their dog, Finn. 

Kate is extremely excited to pursue new opportunities to help others with their real estate needs, and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge of our beautiful state.
