Volha Kislaya-Spilker (known as “V” to friends and colleagues) is a Real Estate Salesperson and Finance Controller at deSatnick Real Estate. Born, raised and educated in Belarus, Volha has travelled to many fascinating countries before settling in beautiful Cape May in 2004. She is multilingual and enjoys dual citizenship in the United States and Belarus. She entered real estate after a successful 15-year career in banking in Cape May. Throughout her banking career she has built many relationships and has earned a high level of trust within the Cape May Community. V’s banking background has given her a comprehensive understanding of finances relative to real estate transactions. With enthusiasm and strong organizational skills, she joins the deSatnick Team in the capacity of Finance Controller and Real Estate Salesperson.
