Kathleen “Kathy” Hogarty began her real estate career in 2001. As a licensed Realtor and Broker, she has spent the past 25 years successfully assisting clients with buying and listing their homes. Her deep knowledge of the area comes from 29 years of year round residency in Cape May Point.

Kathy’s passion for real estate extends beyond her professional work. She has served as a board member for Habitat for Humanity and as a longtime Planning Board member in Cape May Point. She also rescued two historic homes that were slated for demolition, one in West Cape May and one in Cape May Point. By purchasing land and relocating each structure, she preserved these properties and thoughtfully renovated them in their new neighborhood settings.

In addition, Kathy has personally invested in rental properties, providing both year round housing and seasonal vacation rentals.
