On a perfect summer day in Wildwood, deSatnick Real Estate had the privilege of attending this year's “They Will Surf Again” event. This truly inspiring surf experience, organized by Life Rolls On, brings the community together in the most powerful way.
At the heart of this event is Jesse Billauer, an adaptive surfing champion who was paralyzed in a surfing accident. Refusing to let his injury define him, Jesse went on to become a three-time world adaptive surfing champion. His passion for the ocean and unwavering spirit inspired him to create “They Will Surf Again”, sharing the joy of surfing with others facing similar challenges.
This incredible day would not be possible without the dedicated volunteers, families, and supporters who transformed the Wildwood beach into a celebration of resilience, joy, and inclusion.
For the deSatnick team, supporting this cause was more than just showing up; it was about connection, compassion, and being a part of something bigger than ourselves. Seeing the courage, determination, and smiles on the adaptive athlete’s faces was a reminder of how impactful inclusion and community support can be.
