One story, cedar sided beach bungalow, ideally located in a quiet neighborhood in West Cape May, yet just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, shops, birding, Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm, Rea’s Farm Market, West End Garage, and Beach Plum Farm Bakery and Café. It is a single family home, with all rooms on one floor. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both with tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an on-suite bath with a tub/shower. The front bedroom has a queen size canopy bed and the middle bedroom has a full size (double) bed. There is an open concept living/dining area (great room) with windows that let in tons of natural light. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is wireless internet, stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen, central a/c, and ceiling fans in the great room and primary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and a lobster pot, with table and flatware for 6-8 people. There is a 55-inch flat screen SMART TV in the living room with expanded cable and streaming platforms built in. There is a 36-inch internet TV with streaming in the primary bedroom. The home has beautiful floors in washed oak that are bright and beachy. The property is pet friendly and has a large, private fenced in backyard with persimmon trees providing shade over a cozy back deck with seating for four. There is also an electric grill for outdoor use. There is a covered front porch with seating for two, just perfect for enjoying a cup of tea, reading a book and watching the world go by.
