DIRECT WATER VIEWS! Perfect beach location between the Cove Beach and Broadway beach. These spots are coveted by local beach goers and anyone fortunate enough to find these spots during vacation. There is a concession stand/grill on Broadway, restaurant at Cove and two bathrooms for the public. The Cove is perfect for surfing and paddle boarding. The evening sunset ceremonies are the crowning jewel of the Cove and morning sunrise is a stiff competitor. You can easily walk to many of Cape Mays restaurants and the shopping mall from this location. The owners stock the house from the fully loaded kitchen, to the beach toys which include chairs, beach cart, beach wagon, boogie boards, sand toys and shovels, bubbles and more. There is one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second. A full bathroom is found downstairs and upstairs. There is an outdoor shower and a grill. Decks for enjoying are located in the private rear and at the front to see the water. There is off street parking for at least two cars. Three if you stack well.
