This elegant home built in 2005, offers lots of space for large families, corporate entertainment or a group of friends. Multiple families can share a vacation and feel that they have their own special space as this house offers seven bedrooms, five full baths, one half bath, outdoor showers and an open floor plan. Four of the bedrooms have private access bathrooms. Walk onto one of the many decks, one with a gas grill, directly from the spacious dining area and well appointed gourmet kitchen. An HD Plasma television over a working wood burning fireplace in the living room along with an upscale audio system will afford hours of entertainment. A game room on the first floor sports several gaming tables including air hockey, foosball, a television, comfortable sofa and Queen sofa/sleeper. Two night minimum during the shoulder season. Any stays less than a week will have a $500 cleaning fee in addition to rent. There is an elevator. If guest requires access, guest will be required to sign an elevator waiver form.
