Description

Welcome to Stirling House! A 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house sure to accommodate your vacation needs! Situated on a quiet street, but still centrally located between many amenities, this property is perfect for any group. The first floor has one bedroom and one master suite, accompanied by a large open floor plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen comes equipped with anything you may need to make this property feel like home and comes with a butler's pantry. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating, there is plenty of room to entertain a crowd. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, including a second master suite, and two bedrooms connected with a jack-and-jill bathroom. The backyard is oasis includes a firepit, grill, and outdoor shower. Guests will also have access to the garage where they can utilize the beach equipment, outdoor games and bicycles with helmets. Guests will also be able to utilize a storage box on Windsor Beach for their convenience if they choose to leave beach equipment there for the week. Linens and towels are only provided at this property for week long rentals in the summer. They are NOT provided for less-than-weekly rentals. Blankets and pillows are provided on ALL rentals. Off-street parking for four vehicles is also available. Rental requires a $450 cleaning fee on all stays.
