Staying at this quaint and quiet cottage, you’ll enjoy beaching, bike riding, bird watching, fishing, exploring, and relaxing - just 3 short blocks from the beautiful Delaware Bay. Sunsets are a nightly event at this airy, light filled home. We have outfitted Miramar with your dream get away in mind. A quintessential family friendly beach experience awaits you at Miramar!
Miramar by the Bay is a 2021 updated home that sleeps a total of 7 adults in 5 new beds purchased in spring 2021 (king, queen, twin XL, 2 twin beds). We provide you with comforters, extra blankets, and pillows. Mattresses and pillows have protectors. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS FOR THEIR STAY. We are happy to direct you to a local linen service for sheets and towels upon request. Again, WE DO NOT SUPPLY BED SHEETS OR BATH TOWELS. .
Our home has one full bathroom with a tub / shower and an outdoor shower.
We welcome you with a starter “kit” that includes toilet paper, body soap, dish soap, sponge, kitchen wipe, and garbage bag.
You have full access to 4 beach cruisers, 7 beach tags to the Cape May beaches (no tags required at the bay beaches), 7 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, a beach cart, a picnic basket, 2 fishing rods and a bait box, and other outdoor items for your time at Miramar. Guests bring their own bike helmets and beach towels.
The kitchen and kitchen supplies address your every need for cooking and drinking.
Our home has a dedicated laundry area with full size washer and dryer.
There is beautiful hardwood floor throughout the main living space and bedrooms. Tile is found in the kitchen / dining area, laundry area, and bathroom.
Central A/C.
Outside you will find an outdoor patio, picnic table, outdoor shower, clothes line, propane grill, and shed that houses all outdoor essentials.
Miramar has Wifi and a large smart tv with Hulu provided (includes live tv). Tune into Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO etc. using your own accounts.
Please note there is a cleaning fee of $200 for all stays.
