Owner will provide one street parking permit, and beach equipment. Dogs are allowed with owners’ prior approval and a refundable pet deposit.
This cottage is located just a block and a half from the beach and boardwalk, so you can enjoy the sun, sand, and surf at your leisure. $150 cleaning fee on all short term stays. $100 refundable pet deposit.
