The first level offers a comfortable living room, full dining room, new bathroom set to be complete this spring, laundry room and access to the back yard from the laundry room. Up a partial set of stairs, you will find a fully stocked eat-in kitchen. The second level offers 4 bedrooms. Bedrooms one and two have queen-size beds and there is a twin bed in each of the additional bedrooms. Outside you will find an oversized front porch, perfect for hearing the ocean waves and drinking a glass of lemonade. The back yard is where you will find your outdoor shower, gas grill and yard games (giant Jenga and corn hole). The staircase in the back yard leads to the second-floor bedroom with twin beds. Included with this rental are 4 beach chairs and two bikes. Tenants do not have use of the fireplace as it is not functioning. One dog is permitted for an additional $300 fee and a cleaning fee assessed on all reservations.
