The first floor offers a traditional layout with a modern design, including a fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, as well as a standard coffee maker with k-cup capabilities. Here you will also find a ‘Margaritaville’ margarita machine; a crock pot; a lobster pot for a seafood-fest; as well as all the standard glassware, dishware, cutlery, and utensils you will need.
In addition to the living room, kitchen, and laundry, the first level offers three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 has a full-size bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and they share a hall bathroom with tub. Level two offers 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and one with a king-size bed, another media room with 70-inch TV and two chairs that pull out to twin beds, along with another full bathroom with a shower stall. There is also a bedroom with its own entrance off the mudroom offering a queen size bed and all-in-one “European Style” bathroom-shower combo. From the first floor living room, there are French double doors leading out to the screened in porch with outdoor furniture and a pool table. Yard is sprayed throughout the summer for mosquitoes. Sheets and towels provided for stays booking more than 7 nights. Six beach chairs, an umbrella and six bikes complete this home. Beach box located on Broadway Ave. $450 cleaning fee on all stays.
