"The Octagon House" has been lovingly restored and beautifully furnished- offering three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Pass through the wrap around porch to enter through the front door and you first see the living room, complete with a large L shaped couch and smart TV.. Through the door is the fully renovated kitchen and dining area set for 6 people. Just beyond the bathroom to the left is a spacious bathroom is complete with walk in tile and glass shower, claw foot tub and toilet with a bidet. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom features a king size bed and sitting area. The second bedroom is located just down a short hallway and is complete with a queen size bed. The front bedroom has its own sitting area and queen size bed. The bathroom upstairs has a tiled shower with sliding glass door. The home is complete with mattress pads and pillows, please bring your own blankets, bed linens and bathroom towels. Outside for the 2023 Season there will be a large patio area with a table and seating for 6 as well as new front porch furniture. The backyard has an outdoor shower and lawn games.. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. This home does provide 6 beach chairs, 6 beach tags, 2 umbrellas, and 6 beach towels. The owner must approve all pets so please be sure to let us know if you're planning on bringing your pet.
