Description

Welcome to Heritage Triangle Condominiums, a beach block community offering a pool in an ideal location with access to restaurants, shopping and the beautiful beaches of Cape May! Unit D3 is recently updated with new bathrooms offering 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 people total. The first floor offers a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a community pool, outdoor shower, a private deck and additional private balcony off the master suite. ***Six people can sleep comfortably in beds. The owner offers two twin air mattresses for additional sleeping space. Comforters and blankets are provided but tenants must bring their own linens. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella come with the property. $185 cleaning fee on all rentals.
