This classic Cape May home is located just 6 houses from our beautiful beaches, steps to the downtown shopping of the Washington Street Mall, close to many of the local favorite restaurants and located directly across the street from Congress Hall. With off street parking for up to 5 cars and the ideal location, you can park and forget about driving for the rest of your stay. 19 Perry welcomes you with a wrap around porch, covered with an awning and filled with rocking chairs for Cape May relaxing any time of day. Once inside, the first floor offers a large open style eat-in kitchen with an island a kitchen table, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, a formal dining room and living room. The first floor is spacious and open. It is perfect for spending some quality time together during your stay! Up the stairs on the second floor you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The three bedrooms are all connected with privacy doors between each of them and separate entrances for each from the hallway. At the back of the second floor you will find the full bathroom and a bedroom that overlooks the back yard complete with a Queen bed. The large middle bedroom has another Queen bed and a sitting area situated in the warm Cape May sun. The spacious front bedroom has two twin beds, a pullout sofa with a double bed, and an ocean view! Up on the third floor, there is another three bedrooms and full bathroom. The back bedroom is closest to the bathroom and is situated with a Queen bed. The middle has a Full bed and the front bedroom is perfect for all the kids, complete with two Twin beds, a Queen bed and unobstructed views of the Cape May beachfront. The fourth bathroom is located in the basement where there is a half-bath plus an enclosed shower. With access from the back exterior of the house, it is perfect for rinsing off and changing after a day at the beach! 19 Perry Street offers the important amenities, paired with the most central location for any Cape May activity. From the off-street parking, the wrap around porch, the ocean views or the spacious interior, this property is the perfect Cape May vacation location! Tenant brings own linens, towels and blankets. $500 Cleaning Fee on partial week stays.
