In this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home you ll find everything you need for a memorable shore vacation. Enjoy an enclosed outdoor patio space (with a grill), and a large backyard where you can sit by our fire pit (propane). Fully stocked garage space with 2 kayaks and 2 cruiser bicycles to use along beautiful Beach Drive. The full kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster oven, gas stove, Keurig, full refrigerator, and dining table that seats 6. This connects to the living room with a comfy sofa and chair with a 40", wall mounted, smart TV. Our first bedroom, the "North Cape May" room, has a queen-sized bed, closet, and desk workspace, adjacent to a full-sized bathroom with tub. The second bedroom, the "West Cape May" room, has a queen-sized bed and full walk-in closet. The third bedroom, the "Cape May Point" room, has twin bunk beds and closet, perfect for the kids (or anyone!), and is adjacent to the second bathroom, which has a standup shower. The cottage has a lounge area, the "Sunset Beach" room, with a television, pullout sofa (Queen size), and can be used as a Zoom-Room, using the fold-down desk on the wall. After a day at the beach, you can use the outside shower and dine in the screened-in patio space which has a grill, table, and chairs. In the large fenced-in backyard you can enjoy spending time around the firepit or lounging in the hammock. You also have space in the yard for this PET FRIENDLY property-max of 2 dogs under 50 pounds $200 pet fee for first pet, $75 for the second.Cleaning fee of $170 to be added to ALL rentals. It is conveniently located in a quiet North Cape May neighborhood just 10 minutes from historic Cape May city, West Cape May, and Cape May Point. You will also find convenient eating options only minutes away, as well as grocery shopping, gym and fitness centers, breweries, wineries, distilleries, and anything else you need.
