Level two consists of an additional Jr. suite, powder room, parlor, gourmet kitchen, family room, gas fireplace and living room that leads to another spacious deck. There is an additional suite and private deck on the third level. Additionally, this home is being offered with a heated (extra fee), saltwater swimming pool, which completes this home as a perfect getaway. Six beach chairs and umbrella provided.
