It is located is ½ mile to the beach, offers a in ground heatable kidney shaped pool for you to enjoy after a long beach day, and is pet friendly so everyone in the family can enjoy. It features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances and a farm house sink, quartz counter tops, breakfast bar with three stools, televisions in every room, washer/dryer, two zone heating and air conditioning, tank-less water heater for unlimited hot water, front porch, large deck, fenced in yard, off street parking, outdoor shower, grill, gas fire pit and beautiful furnishings throughout the home. There are two master suites (first floor queen and 2nd floor king) each with a double vanity, a second floor queen bedroom and second floor double twin bedroom where they can be joined to make another king bed) that share a hallway bathroom with double vanity and tub and a powder room off the kitchen.
