This is a grand home with multi-level balconies and porches including screened porches. The floor plan is open and the decor is bright. Rich hardwood floors are throughout. The first floor has a wide entrance hallway with the kitchen to the left and a turned staircase the the right. The family room is in the right rear corner of the first floor. The designer kitchen has a breakfast bar with 5 bar stools. It is open to the large dining room with a table with seating for 10-12 people. A two sided fireplace divides the dining room and the family room.(Fireplace is not available for use in warmer months.) The family room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV. Two TVs have You Tube TV, the one in the living room and the second floor
master bedroom, the others do not. Feel free to hook up your favorite device. There is a comfortable queen sleeper couch and a powder room on this floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms; a king size bed & 50" TV in the primary bedroom with en suite bath, the second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full size bed with a single bunk and a twin trundle bed. A full hall bath and laundry room are on this floor as well. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms; one has a king sized bed and the other has 3 twin beds. There is a full bath and new air conditioning system dedicated to the 3rd floor to keep you cool on hot summer days.
Rinse off your sand in the outside shower. There is plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street.Enjoy the screened in porch in the front and also in eating area in back.
Six beach tags are provided for your use during your stay. There is a beach box, located at Reading Ave. Beach, for you to use during your stay. Be sure and bring your lock. A storage shed is in the backyard for you to store your bikes and such. The key to the shed is by the front door of the house. There’s Cornhole game boards(bring your own bags) in the shed too!
Please note that a cleaning fee of $400 and a fully refundable security deposit of $850 will be added to all leases. All terms in the lease are binding. We look forward to having you as our guests!
