The units have different layouts depending on the unit size. The one-bedroom unit has one bathroom; however, the 2- and 3-bedroom units have 2 bathrooms. The lease amount is income based and will be determined based on your application. All units have gas heat, gas hot water, and central air. Tenant will be responsible for gas and electric.
