Owners Agent will prepare all Sale documents. Buyer is solely responsible for obtaining all certifications that may be required at their sole expense. Property is being sold AS IS with no repairs or guarantees being offered or provided by the seller . Sellers agent will hold all escrow monies in a bonified escrow account. Buyers agent commission (if any) will be negotiated between Listing Broker AND SELLING BROKER PRIOR TO SALE CONTRACT SIGNING and subject to a final sale closing BEING MADE.
