Description

Supplied by landlord: The first floor has an outdoor patio (10x20) which is enclosed with lattice work and flower boxes for privacy. There is an outdoor grill with seating in the patio area and a small side garden. The bedrooms are on the first floor with a full bath. tub/shower, & washer dryer laundry area. Spiral stairs go to the second floor with a living, kitchen, dining and another full bath and enclosed porch on the second floor. There are also another set of outside steps from the first floor to the second floor which leads to a small deck, off the deck is the second floor entrance to the enclosed porch ( 10 by 20 ) and there are sliding 10 ft glass doors that go into the living room. The second floor bath has a large walk-in spa shower. You can access the second floor either by the inside spiral stairs or the outside staircase. The cottage, once part of the famous Columns by the Sea Bed and Breakfast, is located at the north end of Cape May across the street from Poverty Beach. Peaceful. Quiet. Inviting.
