The house is 4 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to the Historic Washington Street Mall and just across the street from the historic Chalfonte Hotel. There is a beach box located on Jefferson beach with chairs, umbrella, and beach toys and games. There is a $350 cleaning fee on all stays.
