Two additional bedrooms on this level share a full bath with a tub. Level three offers another bedroom, full bathroom with shower and additional sleeping/hangout area. $230 cleaning fee on all rentals. Beach box located on Pittsburgh Ave. beach entrance. Tenants supply their own beach equipment and lock. Pillows and blankets are provided. Tenants are responsible for bringing sheets and towels.
